Pleasantly surprised with this neat tool. It fits perfectly into my kitchen aid without paying the kitchen aid price. Some of the pieces were plastic, but they were durable and I don’t see them breaking easily. The booklet of instructions is handy and easy to read. I actually really liked the egg noodle recipe given and worked perfectly for any of the noodles. It is a little slower than I thought, but it’s nice that I could stick the dough in the top and then not have to worry about catching the noodles and feeding the dough at the same time. The swinging wire cutter was really cool and super simple to get the noodles the length I wanted. The cleaning tool that came with it cleaned all the pieces. It had a brush end like a toothbrush and then the other end could alternate between a plastic poker and a metal pick that could fit into the tiniest holes in the pasta caps.

I love the ability to create shaved ice snow cones and fizz drinks that taste like a melted snow-cone!! Just yummy!!

After trying a relatively inexpensive FF cutter that did not work at all, this cutter was a pleasant surprise. After a small assembly, I washed it and practiced in a single peeled potato. Much to my astonishment it worked perfectly. fries in seconds. I sprayed them with Advocato oil, lightly salted them and into the air fryer. Absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this product. The blades are very sharp so be careful. One big thumbs up!!

Unlike other pasta makers this one is all metal so it holds up and lasts! It has a variety of different shape/sizes too! Works well and seems to be a really good quality so I have faith it will withstand long term use! I’d happily recommend this to others

I actually ordered this pasta attachment for an off-label usage: working with polymer clay. Pasta rollers are awesome for conditioning and rolling out polymer clay, especially when the clay is tough or crumbly at first. I love that I can just attach this to my KitchenAid, set the thickness I want with a simple turn of a knob, flip the mixer on, and I'm ready to quickly and easily condition/roll my clay! It works like an absolute dream! Nothing sticks, and everything works very smoothly. I always worry when I buy an off-brand part/attachment for a higher-end piece of equipment, but I needn't have worried at all. This pasta maker is awesome! My 8-year-old even learned how to use it quickly (though I DO NOT allow her to touch it without my supervision). This has worked so well with the polymer clay that both of us now want to learn how to make our own pasta! Now that I've used it on clay, I obviously can't use it on food products; but I'm seriously considering buying a second one for making actual pasta. Whatever your use will be for this pasta maker attachment, I highly recommend buying one!

This metal pasta press is a great addition to my KitchenAid mixer. It feels durable and comes with multiple plates for different pasta types. It does take some practice to get the hang of using it, but once you do, it delivers fresh, homemade pasta with ease. Cleaning can be a bit tedious, so plan for extra time.
