Great for Fries!

Great fry cutter. Assembly takes a few mins, but is pretty self explanatory. All stainless steel and easy to clean makes using this so much better. The only thing I would change is the size of the cutting grate. The fries came out kind of large so they were more like steak fries rather than regular cut fries.

Heavy Duty French Fry Cutter

I really like this cutting machine, but, I wish I would have taken a screen shot of the product detail offered as I was expecting 2 blades and I could swear, that it said Italian made? Well, that description isn't there anymore, so maybe I imagined it? Anyway - this machine is Made in China and although the instructions state there are 2 cutting blades I only received 1 blade - When looking at the outside of the box it is packaged in -the Box gives 4 different models and I got the 1/2 inch cutting blades model. Its not that big of a deal as I am going to purchase the 3/8 inch and the 1/4 cutting blades separately so that I can make a variety of smaller fries. I used it for the 1st time tonight. After putting the pieces together, the fries turned out great. I made them in my Air Fryer with just a spritz of olive oil, a little salt and pepper - easy quick cutting and frying in less than 20 minutes! Easy to use and I am looking forward to making sweet potato and eggplant fries!

Sturdy but bad instructions

Good unit, solid and heavy, but instruction sheet refers to parts not on parts list (e.g. washers), and there are no instructions for one part included and shown on sheet ("n"). The cutter seems to work fine without it.

Super sturdy and VERY sharp

How have I lived without this for so long? This device exceeded my expectations. It is SOLID built and easy to use. It comes disassembled, but is very easy to put together. It comes with two traditional screws to hold the blade in place, but also comes with a screw that doubles as a handle. SUPER useful feature.

It is a lot easier to use than it appears in my video. I was doing it with one hand. But that's the other cool thing...you can use this one-handed if you have a smooth surface for the suction cups to adhere to.

The French Fries came out a little bigger than we normally like, but they were still very delicious. I'm happy to see that I can buy additional blades that will cut the fries to a smaller size. Do keep in mind that the smaller in size you go, the harder it will be to cut. But you can give it a few good slams to get the potato through.

Overall, this is a great product that I believe will last for many years to come. The chute the potato rests on is a highly polished steel and is also super easy to clean. The blade and the black plastic grid on the opposite end of the arm comes off as well for easy cleaning. The included brush is high-quality and makes cleaning the grid blade easy. I have just been hand washing the blade because I don't know if it should be soaked, but it is still easy to clean.

We have already made several yummy batches of French Fries and hope you do the same. You will not regret it.

French Fry Heaven

If you love French fries, this is the tool. There's a few pieces to put together but once you have the potatoe slicer up and running, it simply the best took ever. It comes with suction cups to help keep the tool in place. I'm obsessed.
